Who we help

WE HELP B2B SOFTWARE COMPANIES LAUNCH INTO THE UK MARKET.

You’re ready to grow internationally, but it’s too risky hiring a whole team, or relying on just one salesperson. Phase 2 delivers your UK launch with a two-year programme that has worked time and again.

Challenges companies face

HOW WE HELP

Benefits

At the end of Phase 2’s UK Launch programme you will have clients, a strong pipeline and feel confident about hiring a team to take things forward.

By using Phase 2, compared to hiring a salesperson, you will have a solution that is:

Scalable

Building a business isn’t about just having a few industry connections. You need an ongoing programme of activities that will introduce your solution to a wide set of potential clients - and these activities can be scaled up as needed, and repeated over the course of the launch.

Save Cost icon

Low, fixed cost

Hiring just one person is expensive (and especially if it’s not the right one). Phase 2’s programme fee is far lower than a reasonably experienced sales person.

Proven

A track record of delivering growth, thanks to experienced people, with a clear process and set of activities.  The programme has been used by over 60 companies across the world, helping them start conversations with prospects and generate millions of dollars of revenue.

Success stories

A proven track record of delivering growth

When you hire an individual, no matter how good their resume and your hiring process, there is always the risk of making a mistake. Hiring and firing can be costly and time consuming, especially in a European country with tight employment laws. Phase 2’s programme brings together proven talent, with a clear process to provide data-driven outcomes. The programme has been used by over 60 companies across the world, helping them start conversations with prospects and generate millions of dollars of revenue.

Features of the programme

To achieve a successful launch, you need a variety of skills, local market knowledge and a set of activities that will deliver success.

FAQs

No, and anyone that says they can, is lying to you. Our team come to work every day guaranteeing that they’ll work hard, try their best and undertake the tasks that they are given. Results will come – but we can’t guarantee when or how many.  But what we can say for certain is that we’ll do the work we layout in the programme – and if we don’t, there’s a money-back guarantee on that.

While we recommend the full two-year programme is followed, you have the right to stop every 6 months. We ask for a month’s notice of this.

Our solution is a fixed programme of activities for a fixed fee. Should we decide together after the programme to continue working together, then we can look at other commercial models.

Let’s have a call to discuss that. But here are some key questions – can you deliver your product anywhere in the world? If yes, then great.  If not, then it will take more than a sales team to grow internationally. Also, what does an average customer pay you?  If it’s too low – maybe <$5k a year, then you don’t need a sales team, people can buy over your website; But more than that, and you’ll need local humans to help build trust.

From our side, no. The price we quote at the start is what you pay. No extra charges for data, for technology, for reports or for qualified leads. Everything is included – no surprises.  For clarity, however, there will likely be some 3rd costs: if we are running an event, you will need to pay for the venue and food/drink; there may be costs associated with additional advertising if you so choose, for a recruiter when you decide to eventually hire your own team or with flights when you decide to visit clients in the UK.

Yes. We need your input into the plan, the messaging and the targets. After all, you’ve delivered success at home, so we should replicate things as much as possible. And as we’re representing you, so it’s important you are comfortable with what we are saying. We encourage you to get involved as much as time permits…

We would normally contact as your company so would need a few email addresses. We’ll make sure the caller’s LinkedIn account shows them as working for you, so everything will nicely sync up.

For now, yes, but we will be expanding to other countries shortly.

This depends on many factors – the demand for your solution, the competition, the length of the sales cycle. Once we get started, we undertake research and produce some forecasts so that we have a common understanding of what “good” looks like.

Our solution is a fixed programme of activities for a fixed fee. Should we decide together after the programme to continue working together, then we can look at other commercial models.

We specialise in B2B SaaS technologies and have a wide range of industry expertise – cyber security, cloud, data, AI, fintech, martech and more. And we take time to learn about the specifics of your product at the outset. We’ll lean on you in the early days to ask questions about the benefits of your solution, and we’ll learn very quickly. Over time, we’ll get to know your products inside / outside. But we’re starting off by setting up demos and calls for you, and if there’s questions we can’t answer, we’ll hand them over.

Yes. Data protection and data privacy is a big thing and you can’t spam people. You need to contact folks in the right way, else there’ll be big fines.

Yes. We put a lot of effort into reporting as it’s critical for you to see how things are going. While we have formal monthly phone calls and quarterly strategy meetings, there will be ad-hoc conversations over WhatsApp or Slack (or the platform of your choice).

Yes.  We will allocate a primary person to do the outreach; and there will be additional people on the team who will help with qualification calls, as well as marketing experts and strategy directors. Of course, if they’re off work, we’ll provide a backup.

We would always suggest you show some UK presence in the contact us page. A phone number (we’ll arrange it for you) and an email address, plus we can give you our office address – it will show you as more “local” in the UK, which is great for prospecting.
